Living History - Gelebte Geschichte

As re-enactors, our aim is to present the life, customs and activities of people in the 18th century (at the Parade we portray Irish and Scots emigrants to America) with historical accuracy, by reconstructing clothing and artefacts from daily life, learning old crafts and skills etc.

Needles and Pins

The "Needles and Pins" are a mixed group from the Schwabing Childrens Clinic - Ward 24d.

In honour of "our" Miriam and her parents Gabi and Paul Daly, I mobilized families with oncologically diseased children, their friends, and also members of the staff of the ward for the recent St. Patrick's Day, and it was a great experience for all. We joined the parade with wheel chairs and crutches and especially enjoyed being allowed into the stage area.
